Tip Top Ermington is currently seeking an application for a Hygiene Team Leader to join the team.Reporting to the Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the hygiene team to maintain sanitation standards for our Ermington bakery.
This role involves implementing and monitoring hygiene processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll Be Doing:Lead and develop a team of hygiene operatives, ensuring effective performance and adherence to hygiene standards.Lead initiatives to enhance cleaning efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimise costs.Ensure compliance in alignment with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
Coordinate with our production and maintenance departments to integrate cleaning activities.Complete routine inspections to ensure compliance with workplace cleanliness standards.Prioritise workplace safety and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocolsThe ideal candidate will have:Experience as a team leader in FMCGExperience cleaning in FMCGCommitted to continuous improvement - identifying and implementing processes.Communication and interpersonal skillsPhysically fit,
