In joining us, you will:Work with a diverse clinical case load in community NDIS and Homecare settingsWork closely and collaboratively with our broader team to achieve patient outcomes, consisting of geriatricians, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dieticians, exercise physiologists, behavioural therapists, podiatrists and music therapistsReceive ongoing mentoring and trainingThe RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and driven Physiotherapist to join our team with a mixed caseload of patients in the community as well as our upcoming clinic.
This role is available on a part-time or casual basis to suit your lifestyle, and will involve travel across Metropolitan Sydney.
You will be responsible for providing our clients with high quality assessments, treatments and improving patient outcomes using best evidence-based practice.Your training will include:Undergo intensive 1 on 1 shadowing from our Senior Physiotherapist (if required)Across an aged care, community and NDIS client baseTraining adjusted to suit your skill set and experienceTravel across metro Sydney expected for shadowingWork from home training opportunities will be made availableAssistance in slowly growing your own caseloadYou will be:Trained to provide independent professional assessment, recommendations,



and therapy such as functional and mobility assessments, falls risk assessments and prevention programs, strength, balance and reconditioning programs, chronic pain management, post-hospital and neurological rehabilitation, and assistive technology and mobility equipment recommendationsComplete treatment notes and NDIS reports to a high standard, and in a timely mannerRespect client and resident confidentiality, rights, cultural beliefs and privacyEstablish and maintain outstanding rapport with patients, residents, facility managers and support coordinators to facilitate a mutually beneficial relationshipRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsPassion for delivering high quality care in the aged care and disability spacesBachelor's or Master's degree in PhysiotherapyCurrent AHPRA registrationProfessional indemnity insuranceValid Australian driver's license and access to a vehicleEagerness to work across community, aged care and NDIS settingsNew graduates and experienced physiotherapists are welcome to applyBenefits and PerksCPD allowance of $******+ hours of CPD in the first 6 months of training in addition to your allowanceWork-life balance with flexible start / end times to suit your lifestyleWork from home opportunities (report writing completed at home)Career progression opportunities; potential to move into a leadership/management positionWork with a diverse caseload, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and receiving mentorship from our senior cliniciansYoung, fast-growing companyOpportunity to use your unique skills and experience in innovating new programs and services in the evolving world of disability and aged care
