support teams and stakeholders to:Conduct functional behaviour assessmentsDevelop evidence-based Behaviour Support PlansImplement strategies that reduce restrictive practicesProvide training and support to carers and support workersMonitor outcomes and prepare NDIS reporting requirementsWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environmentAbout YouTo be successful, you will:Be assessed at Proficient or Advanced level under the NDIS Behaviour Support Capability FrameworkHave experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support PlansDemonstrate a person-centred and positive behaviour support approachPossess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHold a current driver's licence and access to a vehicleHave or be willing to obtain relevant NDIS screening and compliance requirementsWhat We OfferAttractive remuneration packageFlexible working arrangementsAdministrative supportA supportive and experienced leadership teamOpportunity to work across a diverse participant basePotential for ongoing opportunities beyond the contract period
