With a healthy pipeline of TMR, DRFA and urban development work secured, they're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to help lead the next stage of growth.If you enjoy running your own site, building a good crew around you and working for a contractor that backs its people, this is worth a conversation.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.You'll be leading crews across a mix of:TMR road construction and upgradesDRFA disaster recovery projectsResidential subdivisionsBulk earthworks, drainage and civil infrastructureThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to run your site while being supported by an experienced delivery team.What You'll Be DoingLeading site teams,



subcontractors and plant crewsCoordinating daily construction activities and short-term programmesDriving safety, quality and environmental complianceManaging productivity across multiple work frontsWorking closely with Project Engineers and Project ManagersMaintaining site records, diaries and reportingBuilding strong relationships with clients, suppliers and local stakeholdersLeading from the front and creating a positive site cultureAbout YouYou'll already be working as a Civil Supervisor or General Foreman within the Australian civil construction industry and enjoy taking ownership of your projects.You'll ideally bring experience across:TMR road projectsSubdivisions and urban infrastructureBulk earthworks and drainageManaging subcontractors and direct labourStrong safety, QA and programme managementA secure work history and practical, down-to-earth leadership style will see you fit in well.What's On OfferStrong pipeline of work across Regional QueenslandVariety of TMR, DRFA, subdivision and infrastructure projectsLong-term career opportunity with a respected Queensland contractorSupportive management team that trusts its SupervisorsOpportunity to work across some of Queensland's most rewarding civil projects
