The position is also open to non-Aboriginal candidates who are passionate about community impact and culturally safe workplaces.About the RoleReporting to Chief Operations Officer, you will provide generalist human resources support across the organisation, partnering with managers and employees to deliver effective HR services and compliance support.This role is based in Wollongong, with occasional travel required to other operational locations across the organisation's footprint.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting workforce capability, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and HR administration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and staffManage recruitment, onboarding, and induction processesSupport employee relations and performance management mattersMaintain HR records, policies,
