This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, or a high-performing Supervisor or Third in Charge who is ready to step into a business where performance is recognised, and development is encouraged.
About the role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll lead from the front, inspire your team through example and create a store environment where customers love to shop.
Working a Sunday to Thursday roster, you'll enjoy consistency while building your leadership career with one of Australia's leading fashion retailers.
What you will do
Support the Store Manager in leading a passionate and high-performing team
Deliver exceptional styling advice and create memorable customer experiences
Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs through coaching and leading by example
Recruit, train and develop team members to reach their full potential
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Support rostering, stock management and daily store operations
Foster a positive, inclusive and results-focused team culture
Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence
What you will bring
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Senior Sales Leader within fashion or specialty retail
A passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer service
Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving KPIs
Confidence coaching and motivating a team to perform at their best
Positive energy, initiative and a hands‐on leadership style
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a rapid‐paced environment
A genuine desire to grow your retail leadership career
