About the role
This is a casual position offering flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends.
You'll be working within aged care facilities, providing hands-on support to residents and working as part of a dedicated care team.
What you'll be doing
Support residents with personal care, dressing, mobility, meals, and everyday living activities
Monitor residents' wellbeing and promptly communicate any changes or concerns to the nursing team
Maintain accurate, timely care notes and documentation
Create a secure, respectful,



and welcoming environment where residents feel valued every shift
Deliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best practice requirements
What we're looking for
Recent AIN experience in an aged care setting
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and a genuine, compassionate approach
A real commitment to quality, resident-centred care
Availability across a range of shifts including weekdays and weekends
