Operating across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US and South Africa, the business has built an impressive customer base, a highly scalable platform and a strong commercial foundation.Now they're looking for someone to take ownership of everything customer-facing.
Working directly alongside the Founder, you'll become the driving force behind customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, go-to-market strategy and commercial growth.
You'll have the autonomy to challenge existing thinking, identify opportunities and build initiatives that genuinely move the needle.You'll most likely come from a fintech, consumer lending, payments, BNPL or another high-volume B2C digital business where customer acquisition and commercial performance are critical.
Most importantly, you're commercially minded, comfortable making decisions with data and excited by the opportunity to build rather than simply maintain.What's a typical day look like?
Own the customer growth strategy across the entire customer lifecycleImprove lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion performanceDevelop and optimise CRM,



SMS and email marketing campaignsWork closely with Product and Engineering to enhance the digital customer experienceIdentify opportunities to launch new products and improve existing offeringsUse customer insights and data to drive commercial decisions and growthBuild scalable customer journeys that improve engagement, retention and revenuePartner directly with the Founder to help shape the company's commercial direction and global expansionAbout youYou'll bring experience across:Growth, commercial or product leadershipPerformance marketing and customer acquisitionCRM, lifecycle marketing, automation and customer engagementSMS and email marketing strategiesConversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and customer journey optimisationGo-to-market strategy and product launchesUsing data and customer insights to influence commercial decisionsWorking cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering and senior leadershipWhy this roleThis is a rare chance to become the founder's second-in-command on the commercial side of the business.
