We are now seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to bring specialist developmental and educational expertise to our team.In this role, you will use your early childhood teaching skills to support young children with developmental delay and/or autism, and their families, to build skills, participation, and independence in the everyday settings where they live, learn, and play.Working within a transdisciplinary early intervention team, you will design and deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate strategies for children up to school age, coach and build the capacity of families and educators, and support each child's learning and inclusion at home, in early learning services, and in the community.
You will work across a mix of community, home, early learning, and telehealth settings,



with the flexibility to tailor your schedule and work style.Key responsibilitiesDeliver play-based, developmentally appropriate early intervention for children up to school ageSupport children with developmental delay and/or autism to build communication, social, self-help, and early learning skillsCoach and build the capacity of families, carers, and early childhood educators using a family-centred, key worker approachSupport children's participation and inclusion in early learning services and the community, including the transition to schoolContribute to assessment, goal setting, and individualised support planning within a transdisciplinary teamWork collaboratively with families, carers, allied health colleagues, support coordinators, GPs, early learning services, and other stakeholdersMaintain timely, accurate, and high-quality documentation aligned with NDIS and early childhood best practiceContribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvementWhat we're looking forWe welcome applications from both experienced early childhood teachers and motivated new graduates who are passionate about early intervention.A completed four-year early childhood teaching degree, such as a Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education,
