We are looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing & Events Coordinator to help grow our brand, strengthen community relationships, and deliver engaging events that showcase our services and values.
About the Role
As our Marketing & Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, supporting business growth, and creating memorable experiences through community engagement.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll develop marketing campaigns, coordinate events, manage digital content, and build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organisation and thrives in a purpose-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver community events, expos, information sessions, and promotional activities.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content including newsletters, brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
Coordinate branded merchandise, signage, and event resources.
Maintain a marketing and events calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Build relationships with referral partners, community organisations, and local businesses.




Assist with sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on marketing outcomes and event success.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and organisational values.
About You
You'll be a proactive, creative professional who enjoys connecting with people and bringing ideas to life.
You'll ideally have:
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
Experience in marketing, communications, events, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage).
Confidence coordinating multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
A positive, collaborative attitude and strong attention to detail.
A genuine passion for supporting older people and people living with disability.
Desirable
Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
Experience in the aged care, disability, health, or community services sector.
Knowledge of the NDIS and/or aged care industry.
Current Driver's Licence.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Working With Children Check (if applicable).
Current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
