With the opening of our second site, we're growing fast — and we're looking for multiple Production General Hands to join our teams at Fairfield and Wetherill Park.About the roleThis is a hands‐on role supporting our production and warehouse teams, with genuine career pathways for the right candidates — including training on CNC routers, mills and lathes, and progression into supervisory positions.
Your day‐to‐day duties will include:Using hand and power tools to manufacture plastic componentsPost‐operation finishing of machined parts and componentsPicking and replenishing stockAssisting with dispatch and container unloadingBasic stocktaking of materialsKeeping the warehouse clean,



organised and hazard‐freeHours and payWe run various shifts between 7am and 6pm, with flexible options availableRegular overtime is available for those who want it$*****–$35 per hour depending on experience, plus superAbout youNo prior industry experience is needed — full training will be provided.
What we're looking for:Physically fit and able to manually lift a minimum of 20kgAn eye for detail and pride in the quality of your workReliable, punctual and hardworkingA forklift licence and/or driver's licence are not required but will be highly regardedWhy join us?
