The RoleYou will manage the agency's property and corporate marketing, delivering polished campaigns across print, digital, social and video.Your responsibilities will include:Managing end-to-end sales and leasing marketing campaignsCreating Information Memorandums, brochures, proposals and pitch documentsWriting engaging property descriptions and marketing copyManaging social media, digital content and agent profilesCoordinating photography, videography, signage and external suppliersManaging database and email marketing campaignsMaintaining the agency website and digital listingsProducing office collateral, capability statements and award submissionsTracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve resultsSupporting listing preparation and campaign administration when requiredThis is not a role where you will simply follow templates.
You will have the opportunity to bring ideas forward, improve processes and help shape the creative direction of the business.The CandidateYou will already be working within real estate marketing and understand the pace,
deadlines and attention to detail required to successfully launch and manage property campaigns.You will ideally bring:At least two years of real estate marketing experienceStrong Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skillsExperience creating property marketing collateral and submissionsConfidence managing multiple campaigns and competing deadlinesStrong copywriting, design and proofreading abilityExperience across social media, database marketing and digital platformsA proactive, commercially minded approachExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ClientThis established and highly regarded commercial property agency has built a strong reputation across sales, leasing and property management.You will join a collaborative, professional team that values quality, innovation and strong client service.
