Working across multiple sites, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents, clients, visitors, and staff enjoy secure, compliant, well-maintained, and welcoming environments.Reporting to the General Manager Property, you will provide flexible maintenance coverage during staff leave, vacancies, peak workload periods, and property projects across Goodwin's portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Providing maintenance support and relief coverage across multiple Goodwin sitesUndertaking reactive and planned maintenance activitiesCompleting minor repairs, general building maintenance, and property upkeepSupporting planned maintenance programs, capital works, and improvement projectsCoordinating and monitoring contractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are metConducting property inspections and identifying maintenance, safety,
