ABOUT THE ROLE.
As the dedicated Business Development Manager in our Property Management team, you'll be responsible for identifying and converting new management opportunities while nurturing relationships with landlords, investors,



and referral partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating new property management appointments through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Conducting rental appraisals and presenting tailored management proposals.
Building lasting relationships with property owners and investors.
Working closely with our Property Management and Sales teams to maximise referral opportunities.
Representing our agency professionally within the local community.
Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and managing your database and pipeline.
ABOUT YOU.
To be successful in this role, you'll be someone who enjoys meeting people, has a genuine passion for real estate, and is driven by achieving results.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience in real estate business development, property management or residential sales.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a proven ability to build relationships.
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
