About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of our small warehouse team (4-5 people), ensuring productivity, quality and safety remain at the highest standard.
You'll be a hands-on leader, leading by example on the floor while helping to coordinate workflow, support the team and keep operations running smoothly.
As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll divide your time between hands-on warehouse duties and supporting the Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day running of the warehouse teamCoordinating daily workflow to ensure materials are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on timeCoordinating the receiving,
unloading and organising incoming and outgoing stockMaintaining accurate inventory and participating in stock control activitiesOperating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safelyConducting toolbox talks/pre-starts, performance conversations and on the job coachingPromoting and maintaining a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with WHS legislation and company policiesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and qualityMaintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
We operate a high-dollar-value project workflow, picking kits of ****+ components.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in delivering great results.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse workplace (essential)Experience leading, supervising and mentoring a small teamCurrent Driver's LicenceStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisionsA proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindsetA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyConfidence using warehouse systems and basic computer skills
