This role combines strong operational leadership with a clear mandate to grow sales, increase market presence, and strengthen franchise performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop site and franchise partners to deliver strong operational and financial performanceDrive franchise sales growth, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchiseesPartner with franchisees to implement local area marketing plans to drive same-store sales growth of 5–10% annuallyMonitor and analyse regional KPIs,
