wellbeing and developmentBuild strong relationships with children, families and colleaguesFoster children's curiosity, creativity and confidenceContribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming environmentWork collaboratively with the team to achieve positive outcomes for childrenAbout YouYou'll bring:A genuine passion for early childhood educationStrong communication and relationship-building skillsThe ability to work collaboratively within a teamKnowledge of child development and play-based learningRelevant qualifications and clearances required to work in Early Childhood Education and CareRequirementsYou are passionate about early childhood education, sustainability, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.To be successful in this role, you'll have:At least 2 years' experience as an EducatorCertificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)Knowledge of EYLF, QKLG and the National Quality StandardCommitment to embedding sustainability practices into everyday learningCurrent Blue CardCompleted at least Foundations of Child Safety Training (Via Geccko)Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificationsAbout UsAt Uniting Early Learning Toombul, we're more than just a childcare centre.
