Job Summary:The Director, Product Line Management is responsible for UCT Services business in Asia.
This person will lead a cross-functional team to define and implement the UCT service product marketing strategy.
He/She will also work closely with local sales, operations and engineering team to define and execute on the annual operating plan for the service business.
Finally, this person will serve as Asia service product marketing contact for service related issues.Account Management Responsibilities:Lead Recent Product Introduction (NPI)



roadmap for key customersUnderstand customer high value problemsHelp define market requirements of new service productsMaintain and track NPI pipeline, time to 1st revenue and high volume manufacturing rolloutDrive Technical Roadmap Meetings with customersIdentify top growth opportunities as well as top risk items and work with sales, operations and engineering to create a plan to address themProvide regular updates to team on status and timeline of top opportunities and risk itemsDevelop relationship with account team including sales, engineering and operationsDevelop relationship with customersCustomize ROI and value proposition of service productsPoint of contact for service in the regionQualifications:BS degree in Engineering or related degreeMBA preferredMinimum of 15 years of semiconductor experience, preferably in fab or OEM capital equipment companies and at least 8 years of product line management experienceExperience developing and launching service products in the semiconductor capital equipment spaceKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Entrepreneurial with demonstrated success of top/bottom line growth and enhanced customer satisfaction levelsStrong execution and influence skillsDemonstrated project management skills and deadline-orientedStrong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
