In this position you'll be dealing one on one with our members encouraging them to reach their personal goals while always making them feel welcome.You will actively assist in maintaining sales around merchandise, supplements and products from our Barbell Café.
As a Receptionist your primary responsibility will be to act as the face of our facility, making all of our guests feel welcome in the club.




You will report directly to theClub Manager.What you'll be doing in this role:Greeting members and handling general enquiriesAnswering phone callsCompleting POS retail salesas well as EOD cash upsMaintaining cleanliness as well as tidiness in all areas of the gymTo be successful you must:MUST be available to work morning, nights and weekends on a rotating rosterPrevious experience in a similar role is preferred -not essentialHave a passion for health and fitnessBe reliable, versatile and have a fantastic work ethicWilling to learn and grow in an expanding businessBe able to work alone as well as in a team environmentMUST have valid First Aid and CPR -or willing to obtainAttractive renumeration based on qualifications & experienceFurther and ongoing coaching/mentoring and learning opportunitiesCareer progression within theindustry (we love to promote from within!)A supportive and rewarding working environmentWorld Gym membershipStaff discount in our supplement and clothing shop
