This is a part-time or full-time position (4-5 days per week) that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of our dental practice.The part-time position offers adaptable scheduling across 4 days per week to accommodate work-life balance.
Our hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break, providing you with 34 permanent hours worked per week.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling appointments and managing the dental practice's appointment bookProcessing patient payments and maintaining accurate financial recordsAnswering and managing incoming phone callsMaintaining a clean and organised reception areaProviding administrative support to the dental team as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience as a dental,
