The Role
Bolton Clarke is recruiting for Registered Nurses (one for each of the residential homes as listed below):
Winders Lodge, Banora PointDarlington, Banora PointCalare,OrangeCoastal Waters, Worrowing HeightsGosling Creek, OrangeRiverwood, West AlburyRaffles, Tweed Heads SouthHeritage Lodge, Murwillumbah
The positions are permanent, full time with a minimum of 38 hours a week with a base salary range (per our EA -RSL Care Enterprise Agreement) of $72,****** - $87,****** depending on experience+ superannuation+ salary packaging advantages!
About The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.These include:
Providing and monitoring the care of residentsUsing a systematic approach to clinical decision-makingDeveloping appropriate therapeutic and caring relationshipsCollaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomesParticipating in the development of a supportive environment with the team




To be successful, you will have:
1+ years full time (or equivalent) previous experience as a Registered NurseRelevant qualifications and AHPRA registrationValid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.)Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker ScreenFlu Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations in line with current requirements
