Verve Partners is partnering with an established Newcastle-based project and development management consultancy delivering commercial, residential, industrial and community projects across the Hunter and regional NSW.This is an excellent prospect for a proactive Project Manager with three to five years' experience to take greater ownership, broaden their project exposure and develop alongside experienced industry professionals.The OpportunityYou will support the delivery of multiple projects from early feasibility and design through to procurement, construction and handover.Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you will:Coordinate architects, engineers and specialist consultantsManage project programmes, budgets, risks and reportingSupport planning, approvals, procurement and tender processesMonitor construction progress, quality, costs and milestonesPrepare client reports, meeting minutes and project documentationAssist with contract administration and superintendent functionsIdentify issues early and drive practical solutionsBuild strong relationships across the project teamAbout YouYou will bring a positive,



can-do attitude and enjoy working within a close-knit team where people share knowledge and take responsibility for outcomes.You will ideally have:Three to five years' experience across project management in construction, engineering or property developmentA relevant qualification in construction, project management, engineering, architecture or propertyExposure to building or infrastructure project deliveryStrong organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skillsCommercial awareness and excellent attention to detailA proactive mindset and genuine desire to keep developingClient-side consultancy experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
