Martin Brower ANZ is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Change Analyst to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis to support a couple of our strategic business transformation programs.
In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, analyse processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of solutions that improve how we operate.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence how technology and business processes come together to deliver meaningful outcomes across the organisation while working on high-impact projects with enterprise-wide visibility
Day to Day You Will
Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs across a wide variety of stakeholders including warehouse & transport operations, supply chain and corporate functions
Analyse and document current-state (As-Is) business processes, workflows, systems and integrations, identifying opportunities for improvement
Develop future-state (To-Be) process maps, operating models, business capabilities and functional specifications
Act as the key link between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable solution requirements.
Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability and governance standards for the projects
About You
Proven experience as a Business or Change Analyst within an IT, technology or transformation environment
Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Understanding of application delivery lifecycles, systems integration,



reporting and data requirements
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on delivery support
Experience working within Agile and/or project delivery environments
Experience within FMCG, logistics, supply chain or operationally focused businesses will be highly regarded
Exposure to enterprise applications such as JDE, WMS, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 or similar platforms is advantageous
