Workfast is looking for Precast Concrete Labourers to join a leading precast manufacturing facility in Ormeau, Queensland.

We are actively seeking dedicated Precast Concrete Labourers to join our Precast Manufacturing Team.
You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced workplace, assisting with the production of high-quality precast concrete products used across major infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the setup and preparation of concrete moulds
Stripping and cleaning moulds after production
General labouring and yard duties
Assisting with steel fixing and reinforcement placement
Pouring, vibrating and finishing concrete products
Operating hand and power tools safely
Loading and unloading materials
Reading and following production drawings and work instructions
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following all site safety procedures and quality standards
What You Bring to the Team:
Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Prior experience in labouring, manufacturing, precast concrete, construction, steel fixing, formwork, or production environments
Forklift License
Full Australian working rights
White Card
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary
Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety
