This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and maintaining bus timetables, vehicle schedules, and rosters that support operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes.If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and collaborating with operational teams to improve transport services, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingAs a Scheduler, you'll support the planning and optimisation of our bus network by developing efficient timetables and schedules that balance customer needs, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and maintaining bus timetables, vehicle schedules, crew rosters, and scheduling data within HASTUSManaging scheduling datasets and maintaining the integrity of scheduling filesAnalysing operational performance including patronage, running times, delays, and on-time runningSupporting service planning activities including route design, timetable improvements, and network adjustmentsDeveloping cost-effective, practical, and compliant scheduling solutionsUsing scheduling and modelling tools to test service scenarios and identify opportunities for improvement.Monitoring network performance and recommending timetable changes where requiredSupporting planning for special events, disruptions, and seasonal service changesEnsuring schedules comply with fatigue management requirements, industrial agreements, and operational policiesPreparing reports, dashboards, and performance insights for internal stakeholdersWorking closely with Operations, Depot teams, Drivers,
