Queensland Radiology Specialists (QRS) are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Receptionist to join our radiology practice.
This is a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic and providing leadership across front-desk operations.
This full time position will work across our South Brisbane network, including West End, Mount Gravatt, and Springwood.

Key Responsibilities Deliver a high standard of customer service, including professional handling of phone enquiries and bookings Manage complex patient bookings, referrals, and coordination across imaging modalities Ensure accurate patient registration, billing, and compliance with Medicare, DVA, and private health fund requirements Liaise closely with radiologists, technologists,
