You'll foster a high-performing team culture, develop trusted partnerships with local and state-based clients, and ensure the branch meets its financial, operational, and risk objectives.This is an opportunity to make a real impact - shaping our local presence while contributing to ORIX's national growth in fleet, rental, and mobility solutions.INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:Adopt a proactive leadership approach in delivering branch and divisional strategyLead all Rental branch activities, ensuring operational best practice and a consistent, high-quality customer experienceDrive customer retention, asset/fleet optimisation, and business growth initiatives within the local marketEnsure achievement of key performance metrics including utilisation, margin, service delivery, safety, audit, and compliance targetsBuild strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing and converting recent business opportunitiesPromote ORIX products and services,



with ongoing account management and customer growth strategiesSupport branch security and property maintenance functions to ensure a safe and efficient working environmentPartner with Projects, Business Development, and National Accounts teams to successfully deploy opportunities locallyMonitor and report on branch performance, financials, and key activity metrics on a monthly basis to the Regional Branch ManagerLead, coach, and develop team members to ensure engagement, alignment, and high performanceLead by example in promoting health and safety, proactively identifying and managing risks and hazardsWHAT YOU HAVE:A background in rental operations, fleet management, asset finance, or mobilityProven experience managing a branch or leading sales/account management teamsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, influence stakeholders, and drive performanceA people-first leadership style that motivates, develops, and aligns teamsThe ability to think strategically while delivering operational resultsA strong track record in customer service excellence and operational deliveryIf you're a motivated leader who thrives on delivering results and developing teams, we want to hear from you.
