As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Building Supervisor for Brisbane who takes ownership of their sites, drives projects from set out to handover and holds themselves to the same high standard we hold our builds.This isn't a babysitting role we want someone who hits the ground running, knows how to get a job moving fast, and keeps it moving.The RoleYou will be the driving force on site, setting the standard for quality, safety, and program delivery across our residential projects including Extensions, New Homes, Duplexes.Lead site set-outs and oversee full project lifecycle from the ground upOwn and drive the site programme, you set the pace, you hold the trades to itManage, coordinate and direct all trades on siteMaintain full safety compliance and site presentation at all timesCommunicate clearly with clients you're the face of Meadan on siteIdentify and solve problems before they become delays or reworkRead,



interpret and work confidently from architectural and engineering plansSites are based across Brisbane Metro, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.Who We Are Looking ForYou're an experienced, organised, all-round building professional.
