You will work closely with lodge teams to ensure every booking reflects the high standards our guests expect from Beckons.Key responsibilities include:Managing incoming reservation enquiries via phone and emailProcessing bookings accurately across our reservation systemsProviding guests with detailed information on lodge offerings and experiencesLiaising with lodge teams to coordinate guest requirementsUpselling additional experiences and services where relevantMaintaining accurate guest records and booking dataResolving guest queries and concerns in a timely and professional mannerSupporting the wider reservations team with administrative tasks as neededAbout YouYou are a passionate and experienced Reservations Agent who thrives on delivering outstanding guest experiences from the first interaction.You will ideally have:Previous experience in a similar Reservations role, or as a Travel AgentRMS knowledge,
