The Role:
This new position, part of a national team of clinical support specialists and territory managers, reports to the National Sales Manager, Pain Management & Recovery, ANZ.
It is not a sales position, but is field-based, with travel nationally, and will focus on clinical education, procedural support, healthcare professional training, distributor capability development and market expansion.
This person will be the go-to person for product information.
The position is to:
Deliver clinical education programs and procedural training to orthopaedic surgeons, pain specialists, nursing staff, theatre technicians and associated healthcare professionals.
Develop and execute onboarding and competency-based training programs for new users of the company's technology.
Work closely with Territory Managers, Business Development Managers, Clinical Support Team, Regional Marketing Manager and distributor partners to improve product knowledge, procedural confidence and commercial effectiveness.
Accompany distributor representatives on customer visits, product evaluations and educational events to enhance field capability.
Provide clinical expertise and product knowledge to support the sales process,



including conducting product demonstrations and in-service training.
Execute trials and implementations within healthcare settings.
Support territory managers to achieve their sales goals for their territories.
Build professional value relationships with identified customers to become a true partner in meeting patient needs.
Fulfil customer requests for information and/or expertise by coordinating with appropriate resources within the team, e.g., supplying literature, providing training, product knowledge etc.
Attend meetings and training sessions as designated by the management team.
Report any adverse events internally.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support product launches, educational campaigns, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development programs, congress activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Provide market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback to support strategic marketing plans.
Assist in identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with KOLs and clinical champions within orthopaedics and pain management.
Your Background:
Candidates should have a background as follows:
Degree in a health-related field, such as physiotherapy, nursing, radiography, biomedical engineering
Knowledge of procedural environments/operating theatres
Positive, energetic approach
Ability to present to individuals and groups
Flexibility to travel and to work operating theatre hours.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided at Sydney Head Office and in the field.
Salary Package:
The salary package includes:
Negotiable, generous base salary
Up to $35k annual performance bonus for achievement of personal KPIs and sales team results overall – paid quarterly.
