Are you an experienced mortgage broker or a strong banker ready to move into broking, who wants to grow without taking on the full operational load of running an office?
Loan Market Ignite is offering a genuine commission-only opportunity for brokers who want to remain focused on clients, credit and relationships, while an experienced team supports the process behind each deal.
You'll work within a family-owned and operated brokerage with offices in Ipswich, Auchenflower and Maroochydore, supported by established systems, in-house marketing, experienced mentors and a dedicated administration, compliance and settlement team.
Rather than spending your week managing staff, chasing documents and coordinating applications, you can spend more time meeting clients, workshopping scenarios, writing quality business and building long-term referral relationships.
You can also choose the level of support that best suits your existing book and growth plans.
The role and support structure are designed so the broker remains responsible for client advice, recommendations, policy verification and servicing, while Loan Market Ignite manages much of the administration and application process.
Who we're looking for
This prospect is suited to someone who wants the autonomy of building their own client base, with the backing of an established brokerage and support team.
You may be:
An experienced mortgage broker looking for stronger operational support




A broker with an existing referral network who wants to spend less time on administration
A high-performing banker ready to transition into mortgage broking
A relationship-focused professional who wants coaching and support while building a sustainable broker business
You'll ideally bring:
Previous mortgage broking or lending experience
Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
MFAA or FBAA membership, or the ability to obtain it
A sound understanding of residential lending and lender policy
Experience with MYCRM, ApplyOnline and lender systems
Strong relationship-building and business-development skills
High levels of self-motivation and accountability
Clear communication and sound judgement
A commitment to compliant, client-focused advice
The ability to work collaboratively with an administration and support team
