Mollymook Holiday RentalsWe're looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our cleaning team and help set the standard across the park.
A hands-on role for someone who takes pride in high standards and enjoys leading a team.What's involved:Overseeing full turnover cleans between guest stays across all cabinsLeading, training and rostering the housekeeping teamQuality checking properties before guest check-inManaging linen, supplies and stock levelsKitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms,



as needed alongside the teamFlagging and following up on maintenance issues with the maintenance teamLiaising with reception on changeover timing and guest requestsMaintaining cleaning schedules and standards documentationAbout you:Previous experience leading a housekeeping or cleaning team, ideally in holiday rental, Airbnb, or hospitality accommodationStrong attention to detail and high presentation standardsComfortable coordinating and engaging a small teamOwn transportPunctual, reliable and trustworthyFlexible with changeover days (sometimes weekends)Able to manage tight turnaround times between checkout and check-inBasic computer skills for rostering and stock orderingDetails:All cleaning supplies and equipment providedPay: Enquire for rateWork Location: In person
