Acting as a Zimmermann ambassador, the role is primarily sales orientated, and will involve creating lasting client relationships with both new and existing clients.
To provide exceptional service levels to ensure that clients enjoy an elevated luxury shopping experience.The successful candidate will demonstrate a "hands-on" proactive approach and thrive working in a fast-paced team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTo proactively build relationships with high value clientsTo follow through on all new client leads, introducing the brand and engaging the client with the service and benefits to turn a prospect into a loyal clientTo achieve Zimmermann expectation in all areas of Service, Product Knowledge and Store PresentationTo attend Product training's in order to become familiar with the product knowledge, benefits and features, VM and stock presentation expectationsTo ensure all communication from other stores, Zimmermann Head Office and Management is responded to in a timely manner, or as requiredTo utilize CRM platform to organize appointments and any service communication with clientsTo created detailed client profiles on CRM platform,
