ServiceNow Tester with App Engine Development experience

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering ServiceNow application enhancements in a fast-paced setting. You'll play a key role in testing App Engine solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring quality outcomes across the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and execute detailed test plans, test cases and test scripts
Perform functional, integration and user acceptance testing across ServiceNow applications
Identify, document and track defects through to resolution
Collaborate with Business SMEs, developers and project stakeholders to validate requirements

About You
Robust experience as a Test Analyst, QA Analyst or ServiceNow Tester




Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications
Knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine development
Experience with UI Builder and ServiceNow platform functionality
Understanding of the Glide API and JavaScript within the ServiceNow setting
Desirable knowledge includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GlideAjax, ServiceNow SPM Agile 2.0, Service Portal, Playbooks and Workspaces.
