The Role
As a New & Used Car Sales Consultant, you will:
Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey
Generate and manage sales leads
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Build robust customer relationships and repeat business
Maintain follow-up activity through our CRM systems
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
Work closely with our finance and delivery teams
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not essential)
Strong communication and people skills
A positive, motivated, and professional attitude
The ability to work in a team-focused workplace
High attention to detail and organisational skills
A current and valid driver’s licence
A strong desire to succeed and grow within the automotive industry
