Casual Barista / Front of House All-Rounder

Location: Crackerjack Beachfront - Keast Park Seaford VIC

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Front of House All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

This is a casual position offering 15–25 hours per week, with the chance for additional hours during busier periods and peak seasons.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting all aspects of front of house operations.

Your Responsibilities
Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
Demonstrating basic latte art
Taking customer orders accurately
Serving food and drinks
Operating the POS/cash register
Maintaining a clean and organised café environment
Assisting the team wherever required to ensure smooth service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a barista in a busy café or restaurant




Confidence making consistently great coffee
Basic latte art skills
A friendly, positive and professional attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and punctuality
Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
