About The Role

As a Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in preparing, delivering, installing, and collecting hire equipment. You’ll work across both the warehouse and onsite locations, with flexible schedule available.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and pack orders in the warehouse for delivery or collection
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently
Travel to event locations for bump-in and bump-out of items
Carefully assemble and position furniture onsite according to floor plans and instructions
Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance or repairs on stock to ensure items are hire-ready




Maintain general cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and vehicles
Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and event staff

You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in event setup and warehousing (preferred but not essential)
Confident with manual handling procedures and equipment (e.g., trolleys, straps, blankets)
High attention to detail and care when handling stock
Valid driver’s license
White Card or forklift license (desirable but not required)
