We currently manage approximately75 properties across regional Victoria and seek to expand to 100 by the end of 2026.

We’re on the hunt for a reliable, motivated and organised Linen Co-ordinator & Guest Services - Housekeeping Attendant to join our expanding team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and enjoys working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Moving between a laundromat in Armstrong Creek, our Torquay warehouse and properties across Geelong and the Surf Coast, this diverse role includes a mix of tasks ensuring properties are guest-ready, well-maintained and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & housekeeping duties, that is, turning over short-term rental properties (Airbnbs) - this is the main role we're hiring for
Washing and drying linen at a local laundromat in Armstrong Creek
Folding and transporting linen to our warehouse in Torquay




Packing linen for scheduled cleans and dropping linen off as required
Preparing properties for guest arrivals
Conducting property audits (cleanliness, consumables, presentation)
Overseeing stock and linen levels in our Torquay warehouse
Any other duties as required

About You
Housekeeping experience
Must have current driver’s licence
Comfortable lifting loads of laundry and completing manual labour tasks
Organised, reliable and motivated
Able to take initiative, problem solve and work independently
Interested in property and creating exceptional experiences for guests
Technologically savvy – comfortable navigating mobile Apps
