The team works closely with colleagues, contractors and the community to deliver reliable services and maintain public assets.About the roleAs a Civil Asset Inspector, you'll support the upkeep of Council assets through inspections, maintenance and defect management.This is a hands on, field-based role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems and making a visible impact in the community.What you'll deliverIn this role, you will:Inspect civil assets such as roads, footpaths, drainage, pits, signage and kerb and channelIdentify defects and record accurate information in Council systemsCarry out minor maintenance works (e.g. pothole repairs, signage fixes, drainage clearing)Raise and track maintenance requests to ensure timely repairsProvide practical advice on asset condition and maintenance prioritiesSupport audits, condition assessments and data collectionWork with team members, contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe,
