You will lead a team of skilled individuals to collectively create an amazing first impression for our guests - one of comfort, cleanliness and safety that sets the tone throughout their entire stay.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the entire housekeeping departmentImplement cleaning standards and foster productivity, motivation, and skilled growth among all Housekeeping Team MembersProcurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping-related inventory while managing budgets & controlling expensesAdhere to compliance with chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety regulations; ensure that all team members follow safety protocolsTrack labour expenses and productivity relative to occupancy rates,
