and can balance marketing responsibilities with occasional administrative support tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CommunicationsDevelop and distribute monthly client newsletters and communicationsCoordinate marketing campaigns including EOFY promotions, cybersecurity awareness campaigns, AI workshops and technology refresh programsCreate and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook and InstagramProduce and edit short-form video content and reelsMaintain and improve ClubIT marketing collateral, brochures and promotional materialsAssist with website updates and landing page creationCoordinate client success stories, testimonials and case studiesDigital MarketingManage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaignsManage and optimise Google Ads campaignsMonitor campaign performance and provide monthly reportingSupport lead generation activities and nurture campaignsAssist with CRM marketing activities and database managementBusiness Development SupportSupport lead generation initiativesAssist with event promotion and webinar coordinationHelp identify opportunities within existing client accountsSupport targeted marketing campaigns into key growth regions including Sydney and Northern NSWAdministration SupportAnswer incoming phone calls when requiredAssist with general office administration tasksSupport the team with scheduling and coordination activitiesMaintain a professional first impression for clients and prospects contacting ClubIT
