ISS Facility Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Leader to join our team in a Full-Time role in TuncurryNSW.This role will support our frontline team to ensure smooth daily operations and site maintenance of the school, developing and facilitating quality control measures and supporting a team and ensuring conditions are met.
As well as to undertake general administrative tasks, this role includes the tracking of cleaning work end-to-end through in-house system.This role is perfect for you if you love interacting with your local community or if you want to grow and develop as a leader!
The Position:Responsible for leading a team of 10+Assisting management and support the cleaning teamCarry out cleaning inspection,



be responsible for Quality Control and service rotationsReview stock levels and complete the ordersMaintenance of cleaning records and compliance standardsDelivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customersAccess to staff discounts with companies including insurance and childcareTraineeship opportunities for eligible employeesInternal opportunities within our global organisationMust have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Police clearance, within 3 months of issueMust have (or be willing to obtain) a NSW Working with Children CheckExperience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or industrialDemonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high-level cleaning with an eye for detailSelf-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the jobProfessional presentation and customer serviceExcellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.ISS is passionate about creating a culture that values inclusion and diversity, where all our people are treated fairly and respectfully.
