You will join a structured two-year graduate development program, designed to accelerate your skilled growth through hands‐on experience, meaningful business projects, and exposure to end‐to‐end operations.
Rotations will span key functional areas including Aftermarket and Supply Chain, Construction Industries, and the Resources sector, providing broad commercial insight and cross‐functional experience.
Throughout the program, you will develop core business skills such as stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, data‐informed decision‐making, and commercial acumen, supported by mentoring, formal learning, and on‐the‐job development.
On successful completion of the program, graduates are guaranteed permanent placement, setting the foundation for continued career progression within the organisation.
To be successful, you will:
Be a recent graduate (0-2 years) or in your final year of a Business‐related degree
Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and problem‐solving skills
Show an interest in operations, supply chain, or industrial markets
Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‐paced environment
