Dubbo Terrywhite Chemmart is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Dubbo, NSW.
This is a part-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and delivering excellent customer service to our community.
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will work alongside our qualified pharmacists to ensure the smooth running of our pharmacy, whilst maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
This role offers the perfect balance for those seeking flexible working arrangements whilst contributing meaningfully to healthcare delivery in our local area.What you'll be doingProcessing transactions and handling payments using the pharmacy point-of-sale systemProviding friendly and professional customer service to patients, answering general enquiries and directing complex questions to the pharmacistMaintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy and pharmacy legislationCleaning and sanitising pharmacy areas, equipment and storage facilities to maintain a hygienic environmentAssisting with the receipt and unpacking of pharmaceutical deliveriesSupporting the pharmacist with administrative tasks and other duties as requiredWhat we're looking forA genuine interest in pharmacy and healthcare with a commitment to patient safety and privacyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff and healthcare professionalsAttention to detail and accuracy,
