This is a large team of approx.
40 staff in this busy kitchen.Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):Cleaning and Washing up responsibilitiesUtilisation of 2 large commercial dishwashersCorrect application of chemicals for cleaning purposesFollowing processes for stock and equipmentAdhering to a daily time schedule.Your skills and experience:Working in a teamwork environmentAwareness of WHS responsibilitiesAble to follow Instructions and food safety principlesAttention to detailPrevious experience in washrooms/cleaningTime management skillsGood communication skillsFlexibility to cover shifts over 7 days, early mornings and afternoon shiftsWillingness to work in the eveningsPunctualityWhy work at St Vincent's?
