The role
Based at our Wetherill Park office,you will be involved in the sales process from initial inquiry to delivery, working as a part of a supportive and a progressive team within a positive working environment.Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high level of customer service
Handling incoming technical sales enquiries
Assisting with product selection
Providing quotations and processing sales orders
Supporting internal and external sales teams
Offering technical advice about our product range




Work with other departments, management and staff
About you
Technical sales experience with mechanical or electromechanical industrial products would be highly regarded.
Understanding of SAP/R3 and CRMwould be highly regarded.
Having trade or engineering qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics products would provide a significant advantage.
Willing to learn and improve your skills in a stable and secure setting.
Commitment to customer service.
Good verbal and written communication skills including a pleasant and professional telephone manner.
PC skills and strong numeracy including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
