Who we're looking for?
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer‐facing commercial role.
A proven ability to generate new business, build pipelines, and achieve revenue targets.
Experience within retail leasing, property, banking, FMCG or similar environments will be highly regarded.
Current NSW Real Estate License, or the ability to obtain one quickly (interstate license holders are also encouraged to apply).
The role
As the Sales person (internally known as Casual Mall Leasing Executive) at Tweed City Shopping Centre, you'll help attract new businesses, pop up retailers and brands to the centre.
You'll build relationships, promote available spaces and create new commercial opportunities.
This is a hands‐on sales role where you'll meet clients, show available spaces, negotiate agreements and support operators from enquiry through to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, local business outreach, market research, and community engagement activities.




Promoting and leasing pop up shops, casual mall leasing sites, promotional spaces, signage, media and vending opportunities across the centre.
Meeting prospective clients on‐site and showcasing available space.
Negotiating rates and commercial agreements with clients.
Managing bookings and opportunities through the AnySpaces platform.
