We are seeking an experienced Distribution Lead to provide leadership to our despatch team based here at our Yatala facility, Queensland.
An essential role within this department, this position will see you coordinating our highly active team, ensuring goods to our customers are delivered "in full" and "on time" with strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Reporting to the Despatch and Receiving Supervisor, you will have a proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years' experience, have a high level of attention to detail, and be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the daily despatch schedule to ensure on time order fulfillment
Ensure despatch instructions are being followed and rosters are complied with
Liaise with sales, planning, incoming goods, assembly and other departments as necessary
Check orders that are packed for despatch/export
Ensure checking and completion of transport documentation
Lead team and drive results within a manufacturing environment
2 years' experience in a similar role

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
Strong customer service and integrity
Ability to effectively influence actions and opinions of others
Experience with Infor M3 ERP systems or similar
