Your focus will be on:Providing technical advice and coaching to support effective claims management decisionsSupporting complex and long-duration claims through proactive intervention strategiesFacilitating case conferences, requesting medical information, and coordinating key actions to progress claimsApplying strong Return to Work and Injury Management expertise to achieve meaningful outcomesCollaborating within a high-performing team environment focused on improving customer experiencesThis role is suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, influencing outcomes,
