We are seekingDevOps Engineerto join a high-performing Federal Government Department.
The successfulDevOps Engineerwill play a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining secure, automated build, release and infrastructure deployment pipelines within a secure cloud setting.
The successfulDevOps Engineerwill secure aninitial contract until June ****with 1x12 monthextension options, based inCanberra, ACT.The DevOps Engineerwill be responsible for but not limited to:Designing, implementing and maintainingCI/CDpipelinesDeveloping and managingInfrastructure as Code (IaC)to configurecloudenvironmentsEmbeddingDevSecOpspractices and integrating security controls into delivery pipelinesImplementing environment configuration management and release management processesCollaborating withcloudplatform,



security and network teamsThe DevOps Engineerwill have experience in the following:Prior experience designing and maintainingCI/CD pipelinesin securecloudenvironmentsDemonstrated experience withInfrastructure as Codeand automated infrastructure provisioningExperience embeddingDevSecOpspractices and security controls into delivery pipelinesKnowledge of configuration management, version control and release management practicesExperience supportingcloudmigrationand platform modernisation initiativesThis is an exciting opportunity for aDevOps Engineerlooking to join an innovative Federal Agency.This long-term opportunity (up to a 2-year engagement) offers anexcellent workingenvironmentandcompetitive contracting rates.
